Craft the Idea

Students explore what they genuinely care about — science, justice, technology, creativity, personal experience. With guided workshops, they narrow it down to one compelling idea worth spreading. Our coaches help them build a clear narrative arc and write their talk from scratch.

Practice & Refine

Through multiple rehearsal rounds, students work on vocal projection, pacing, eye contact, and handling nerves. Peer feedback sessions build community and sharpen every speaker. Each rehearsal is filmed so students can watch their own progress — a powerful learning tool.

Take the Stage

The program culminates in a real event — held at the school, with an invited audience of classmates, parents, and teachers. Each student delivers their 10-minute talk live. The experience is transformative: a moment of courage they will carry for the rest of their lives.
